Women's only Self Defense & Pistol Fundamentals Course
This course is designed to empower women with the mindset, awareness, and skills necessary to protect themselves and avoid becoming a victim.
Students will learn how to recognize and avoid potential threats through situational awareness and understanding of pre-attack behavior. The course also includes practical self-defense techniques such as wrist releases, pressure points, and strikes. In addition, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of pistol handling and marksmanship in a supportive, women-focused environment.
Course Topics Include:
• Situational awareness and threat identification
• Reading body language and pre-attack indicators
• Wrist releases, strikes, and pressure point control
• Fundamentals of pistol safety, grip, stance, and trigger control
• Building confidence and readiness through hands-on drills
Recommended Equipment / What to Bring:
• Pistol with minimum of 3 magazines (rental options available upon request)
• Battle belt or load-bearing setup
• Eye and ear protection
• Minimum of 200 rounds of pistol ammunition
• Long sleeves or appropriate range attire
• Bug spray, sunblock, and hydration (water, electrolytes, etc.)
